Grounds Maintenance - Gethsemane

About the Opportunity :

• Job Title : Grounds Maintenance
• Pay Rate Range : $18-$19 / Hour
• Location : New Hope, MN
• Schedule : 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8AM-4 : 30PM
• Position Type : Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications :

1. 1 year experience doing lawn and landscaping maintenance.

2. Previous experience working outdoors

3. Very physical role, ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Operate landscaping equipment including push and riding lawn mowers, weed whips, leaf blowers, and other yard tools.

2. Perform regular lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and edging grass around headstones, walk ways, and common areas.

3. Rake and collect debris such as leaves, sticks, branches, and other yard waste to maintain a clean and presentable environment.

4. Trim and prune bushes, hedges, and trees.

5. Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance like planting flowers.

6. Steel toes or composite toe shoes & Safety Glasses required.

7. Casual dress, should wear denim jeans, Employees must also provide their own jackets and rain gear.

8. Outdoors, cemetery.

9. Small team environment.

10. Careful working around headstones
