This is how you will grow :

• Responsible for the design of all High Voltage (LV) system architecture including schematics, bill of material, component selection, and wire harness prints.
• Work with other teams to develop technical specifications in support of the quoting and sourcing process
• Perform virtual and physical verification testing, including field testing.
• Ensure designs conform to safety standards and U.S. government regulations.
• Proactively stay attuned to consumer experience and propose system improvements accordingly.
• Manage supplier resources efficiently to deliver wire harness designs that meet cost, timing, and quality targets.
