Description :

The unit has 40 beds and a dedicated nursing staff.

Staffing includes 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator and 4-5 nurses on day and night shifts.

Patient ratios are 1 : 5-6.

The unit utilizes EMR systems for documentation.

Candidates are preferred to have mother-baby experience.

The unit typically handles newborns requiring Level 2 care, including phototherapy and blood sugar management.

Ideal candidates will have a warm and bubbly personality.

Every other weekend is required with no on-call obligations.

Dress code consists of royal blue scrubs.
