We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our fabrication facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while creating a positive and motivated workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with proven experience in production management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive results without sacrificing quality or team morale.

Location : Mount Airy, NC

Pay : $100,000 annually

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00am – 5 : 00pm (may vary with business needs)

Reports to : Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of production to meet delivery schedules.
• Lead, coach, and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
• Implement process improvements to reduce loss and enhance productivity.
• Ensure operations maintain a balance of efficiency, safety, quality, and employee satisfaction.
