Schulte Staffing Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Quality Inspectors (Levels I & II) for our client in Beverly, MA . These roles play a key part in maintaining product quality and ensuring all cable and connector assemblies meet strict internal and customer standards.

Flexible Hours and Pay Rate :
- Mon-Fri
- 6 AM-2 : 30PM, 7 AM-3 : 30PM or 8 AM-4 : 30PM (Your pick!)
- $24.00 - $28.00 / HR
Key Responsibilities :
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections for cable and connector assembliesConduct mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections using various measuring toolsMaintain detailed quality records and assist with investigations or documentation (DMRs, FAIs, etc.)Utilize ERP or data collection software to log and track inspection resultsCollaborate with production and quality teams to ensure standards are metSupport continuous improvement and perform additional tasks as directed by Quality leadershipWhat We’re Looking For
Level I (Quality Inspector I)
1+ year of inspection experience in a manufacturing or electronics settingFamiliarity with basic measuring tools : calipers, protractors, depth gauges, microscopes, rulers, or gage pinsAbility to read and interpret basic engineering drawingsComfortable using Microsoft Excel or similar softwareStrong attention to detail and solid communication skillsLevel II (Quality Inspector II)
2+ years of quality inspection experience in cable or connector assembly environmentsProficiency with First Article Inspection (FAI) processes and reportingExperience using advanced measuring tools, Cirrus testers, ohm meters, or power suppliesFamiliarity with ERP / MRP systems and data entryIPC / WHMA-A-620 certification preferredAbility to read and interpret complex or advanced engineering drawingsEducation & Experience :
Technical certificate or 1–3 years of experience in an engineering or quality inspection roleAt least 1 year of experience working with First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR)Physical Requirements :
