Associate / Patent Attorney - Mechanical Engineering

REQUIREMENTS

A Mechanical Engineering associate / patent attorney with patent prosecution experience. This position is ideal for those individuals who have attained a high level of academic and professional achievement and wish to take a partnership OR non-partnership path as they further their careers with a collaborative team in a forward-thinking law firm.

Qualifications include :

• The candidate must have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Patent drafting, international patent prosecution, and IP due diligence
• Interested candidates must be registered to practice before the USPTO;
• This candidate must have proven law firm experience;
• Excellent drafting and research skills; and
• A strong academic record.
