Main Line Health's Nurse Residency Program

Main Line Health's Nurse Residency Program is a year-long initiative designed to support and guide new graduate nurses as they begin their first professional role. The program emphasizes the development of clinical skills, patient-driven outcomes, and professional growth. The curriculum fosters critical thinking and helps new nurses use data-driven outcomes to enhance patient safety and care quality.

As a newly licensed registered nurse in this full-time position, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, and shift differential. The program includes a precepted orientation tailored to the specific clinical specialty and the individual learning needs of each participant. Throughout this transition, ongoing supervision, training, and educational opportunities will be available.

Timeline :

• Rolling application period : August 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025
• Interviewing : virtual interviews will be scheduled for all selected applicants starting in late August 2025.
• Employment offers : Nurse Resident offers will be extended starting in early September 2025 and will continue throughout November 2025.
• Employment start dates : November 2025 to March 2026 pending RN license status.

Qualifications :

o Eligibility is based on the graduation date from your initial nursing program, which qualified you to sit for the NCLEX exam.

Shift / Hours :

o Must be able to work full time night shift.

o Must be able to work 12 hour shifts.
