Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Are you passionate about technology and helping people solve IT challenges? Join our Information Systems (IS) team as an IS Support Analyst 1 - a hands-on, customer-focused role supporting our employees' technology needs across hardware, software, and endpoints.

You'll be the first line of support, installing and configuring new systems, resolving technical issues, and helping to keep our operations running smoothly. You will assist other IS team members by working on projects and taking on more complex troubleshooting, as well.

Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p in our Carlisle manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do

As an IS Support Analyst 1 , you will :

• Install, configure, and support endpoints and IS equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets for internal users in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with hardware and software maintenance , updates, and repairs.
• Monitor system performance and create reports as needed.
• Prepare clear documentation for processes, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Collaborate with IS team members on projects and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent IS as a trusted partner to our internal teams.
