Family Partners Home is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Weekend Option LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to assist in overseeing the nursing services within our residential memory care homes.

This Weekend Option LPN position is every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday :

The Family Partners Home Weekend Option LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) is responsible for the oversight and coordination of care for our residents within our Assisted Living homes. The LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) assists our team to meet the global needs of our community while following federal, state, local and company policies and procedures.
