Licensed HEDIS Auditor Trainee

A company is looking for a HEDIS Auditor Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply HEDIS concepts based on technical specifications and client guidance

Complete all required training and assessments within the defined timeline

Provide knowledge transfer to abstractors during their training phase and live season

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in HEDIS abstraction / review

Medical Coder Certification (CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA) through AAPC or AHIMA, or a licensed nurse (LPN, LVN, RN) with an active license

Commitment to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during training and 40 hours per week during the HEDIS season

Ability to achieve a base score of 97.5% overall in training assessments

Professional attitude and willingness to learn
