For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Medical Assistants :

0-1 years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time)

1+ years of experience eligible for $5,000 (full time)

o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time MA position.

Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

o Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.

Join our dedicated team in providing compassionate, patient-centered care in our Obstetrics & Gynecology practice in Brunswick. As a Medical Assistant , you'll play a vital role in supporting our providers and care team, ensuring high-quality clinical and administrative support for patients through all stages of life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories.
• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures.
• Administer medications and injections as directed.
• Support care coordination by scheduling tests, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating electronic medical records and handling patient communications.
