Compensation & Terms

Pay Rate : $90 / hr W2
Citizenship : GC / USC / H1B accepted
Network Partner Fee (NP Fee) : $8
Employment Type : W2 Only
Start Date : ASAP

Core Skills Needed

Python Engineering : Strong Python development; clean, modular code design for data pipelines, APIs, and LLM integration.

LLM Integration : Experience connecting enterprise or proprietary data to open-source models (e.g., Claude, LLaMA, etc.).

Vector Databases & Retrieval : Familiarity with embeddings, RAG pipelines, and tools like Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma (experience with all not required).

Agent Frameworks : Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or OpenDevin for multi-agent orchestration and tool workflows.

APIs & Infrastructure : Skilled in building Python-based API services connecting data sources, functions, and LLM endpoints.

Data Engineering Foundation : Ability to process structured / unstructured data, document parsing, SQL, and metadata tagging.

Cloud & DevOps : Experience deploying models or RAG services on AWS (or other cloud platforms); Docker familiarity.

Evaluation & Fine-Tuning : Basic understanding of model evaluation, prompt testing, and adapter-based fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT).

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years professional Python development experience.

Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or data-driven applications.

Working knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Familiarity with vector databases and AWS.
