Title : Equipment Service Technician - (Biotech / Biomedical)

Location : Indianapolis, IN 46256

Duration : Right to Hire

Shift : 3 pm to 11 : 30 pm Mon to Fri

The Repair Depot Quality Technician is responsible for the service repair and evaluation of small molecular analyzers.

Responsibilities :

• Experience in small instrument / electromechanical sub-assembly repair.
• Utilize instrument testing, control testing, and visual inspection techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine problems encountered with product testing.
• Test instruments and sub-assemblies following documented procedures to assure conformance to specifications and standards.
• Troubleshoot routine test failures to the sub-assembly level and document non-conformances in piece parts, assemblies, and test results.
• Create and maintain appropriate batch records and associated documentation

Skills :

1 year of experience in small instrument repair / medical device preferred.

1 year experience in hands-on instrument testing environment.

Attention to detail and high-quality work.

Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Data Entry, Google Apps.

Flexible to work overtime during the week and weekends.

Education :

HS Diploma

Associate's Degree or specialized training in science, electronics, or related fields preferred.
