Description

The Service Coordinator is the central point of communication between clients, field technicians, and our engineering team. This role coordinates scheduling, ticketing, and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Scheduling :   Coordinate & schedule service visits
  • Ticketing : Review & Triage incoming service tickets
  • Communication :   Confirm scheduling, expectations, follow up with client
  • Collaboration : work with team to resolve issues
  • Invoicing : Generate & Process service invoices
  • Service Plans : monitor subscriptions, renewals, extensions
  • Support : Service Manager / Ops Team
  • Documentation : maintain records in Salesforce and CompanyCam
  • What Makes You Successful :

    REQUIRED

  • Experience in technical coordination, dispatch, or service operations
  • Ability to read and interpret project documentation and equipment lists.
  • PREFERRED

  • Basic understanding of smart home technology (Savant, Lutron, Control4, networks)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and CompanyCam
