About the Role :

As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. You'll utilize your in-depth knowledge of our network and customer database to provide swift, accurate assistance. We need a passionate individual who can effectively listen to customer concerns and present innovative solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Key Qualifications :

• Proficient understanding of computers, covering both Windows and Mac systems, as well as email applications and web browsers.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities, both over the phone and in person.
• Patience and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
• Capability to multitask across various systems seamlessly.
