Customers contact Capital One millions of times annually for help with resolving a problem with a transaction on their account. These problems range from a transaction they did not make (fraud) to problems with the merchant (items not delivered, refunds not issued, etc.). The Fraud and Disputes Product team is at the heart of helping achieve resolution for these moments that matter to customers. We are looking for a Product Owner who is excited about driving transformation for Capital One both on the business and technology side. Fraud is at the cutting edge of our Servicing transformation, both internally to Capital One and relative to our competitors. We are bringing automation and machine learning to a traditionally highly manual operation, and we know we are only at the beginning of our journey. This role offers a unique opportunity to build the next generation of our Fraud defense systems and gain a wide range of learning and exposure by partnering with other Product leaders, tech, business segments and operations to drive meaningful, transformational results.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA : $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY : $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA : $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
