At Fastbreak AI, we’re reimagining sports operations and creating the sports industry's most advanced AI software platform. We’re looking for an outstanding Product Designer skilled in UX and UI design to join our product design team. If you thrive in fast-growth settings, prefer working with small teams and have designed products that are beautiful and easy to use, this is your shot to join our roster.

This is an onsite job, working from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Product Design : Drive the full product design process, from discovery to delivery.
• User Research : Conduct in-depth user research with tournament operators, event directors, and participants to identify key user needs and challenges. Leverage user feedback and analytics to refine the platform’s features, improving both operator efficiency and user satisfaction.
• UX Design : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect a user-first approach and align with business goals.
• Interaction Design : Design intuitive navigation and interaction patterns tailored for tournament operators managing complex workflows.
• Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback, iterating designs to ensure they meet user expectations.
• Design System Development : Maintain and improve a scalable design system to ensure consistency across web and future mobile interfaces.
• Front-End Development Collaboration : Use AI-assisted tools like Cursor to generate and refine front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), ensuring seamless translation of design to implementation while working closely with engineering.
