Title Abstractor

The Title Abstractor searches and analyzes public records to find, review, and evaluate documents related to surface and mineral rights ownership. They also produce accurate, detailed reports summarizing research establishing land and mineral right ownership. The position is Hybrid and requires travel to Broome County, Tioga County, and Chemung County.
