Key Responsibilities
Provide phone customer service by scheduling appointments, processing requests, and updating patient information
Facilitate first contact resolution by addressing patient inquiries and escalating issues as necessary
Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality assurance metrics while handling a high volume of calls
Required Qualifications
High school graduate, GED, or equivalent
Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
Preferred : 1 year of experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment
Ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling
Knowledge of patient confidentiality and safety standards
