Your Role: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, Adolescent Day Treatment
Your days will be filled with moments that matter, providing individual, family, and group therapy. Guide adolescents on their journey to healing, employ clinically sound diagnoses, create personalized treatment plans, and teach transformative therapeutic coping skills. Every day, you will be part of a team dedicated to making a significant impact on the lives of your clients, fostering their future success through compassionate care.
Your Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm - allowing you to balance your passion for helping others with your personal life.
Your Impact:
Assessment and Planning: Assess clients' needs and plan comprehensive mental health services that cater to their journeys.
Therapeutic Relationships: Build enduring therapeutic relationships through individual, group, and family therapy based on diagnostic assessments and tailored interventions.
Collaborative Learning: Immerse yourself in a culture of continuous learning, using cultural responsiveness and evidence-based practices within a team that values integrity, a strengths-based perspective, and collaborative growth.
Documentation and Diligence: Keep accurate and timely records of your clinical care, ensuring that your dedication to your clients is documented and communicated with the same care you provide them.
We Value You:
You bring a Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field, paired with a mental health professional licensure (or eligibility for the same). Master of Social Work (MSW) candidates require an earned LGSW to practice. If you're working toward professional licensure, we'll provide you supervision benefits to help you get there. Your passion for working with diverse clients, and your organizational skills ensure excellence in documentation and therapeutic modalities. Your rich experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment plans elevates your suitability for this crucial role.
