Job Title Bodily Injury Claims Negotiator Location Addison, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $28.85-$30/hr BOE • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ROLE IMPACT The Bodily Injury Adjuster / Negotiator is a pivotal contributor to legal case outcomes through the evaluation and resolution of liability and bodily injury claims. This role directly influences client satisfaction and financial recoveries by ensuring claims are negotiated promptly, fairly, and in alignment with firm standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Evaluate and negotiate routine to moderately complex bodily injury and liability claims • Analyze documentation and demands to ensure accurate and equitable claim resolution • Communicate with internal teams, external parties, and clients to facilitate settlements • Review and process liens, settlements, and supporting legal documentation • Maintain detailed records and adhere to firm policies and deadlines MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3 years of experience negotiating bodily injury claims and settlements - must be listed on the resume • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with computers and legal/claims software systems CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Case management and claims negotiation software • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS • Skills testing • Drug testing • Background check Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
