Position Details

Role : Software Engineer

Type : Full-time (Direct hire with Sasken)

Location : San Diego, CA

Experience : 10+ years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and debug C-based code within embedded telecom systems.
Perform log analysis, troubleshooting, and triaging for network connectivity and call-related issues.
Work on 2G / 3G protocol stack layers - identifying, reproducing, and resolving defects.
Collaborate across teams (firmware, QA, system validation) to drive issues to closure.
Maintain high-quality coding standards with detailed documentation and testing.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in C programming, debugging, and log analysis .

Deep understanding of cellular technologies (2G / 3G, GSM, WCDMA, UMTS) and protocol stack flow .

Strong troubleshooting and triage skills for embedded software.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Highly self-driven and detail-oriented personality.
