Key Responsibilities
Deliver talent processes to implement global talent strategies and provide insights to HR Business Partners and line managers
Advocate for internal talent advancement opportunities and support career development activities for employees
Manage recruitment campaigns, conduct candidate assessments, and oversee the talent acquisition process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree with 5+ years of professional HR experience in a global organization or RPO
Minimum of 5 years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting
Workday experience is highly preferred
Experience with various recruiting strategies and knowledge of recruitment platforms
Proven ability to network and influence senior business and HR leaders globally
