- We are currently searching for experienced maintenance technicians that's looking for an opportunity to work in a collaborative culture and service unique industrial machines that produce essential products. This position has the responsibility for providing the necessary services to repair and maintain the facility and equipment, to enable the manufacture of products and meet customer and internal specifications with regard to quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness.

Primary Duties
Effectively troubleshoot & repair equipment and adhere to maintenance documentation requirementsDisassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.Must be able to frequently lift 50lbs.Record repairs and maintenance performed.Cut and weld metal to repair broken parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment.Requirements
2+ years’ experience working in the maintenance field in a manufacturing environmentExperience servicing flexographic printing presses and blown film extruders is a plus.Ability to work overtime as neededExperience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment under maintenance is requiredHVAC experience preferredMust be able to read a multimeterBasic knowledge of motor control circuits and VFDSBasic knowledge pneumatic and hydraulic controlsBasic computer skillsAbility to stand constantly, excellent hand-eye coordination skills, strong mechanical skills and the ability to lift and load weights up to 50 poundsYou should be proficient in :
