Job Title : Graphic Designer (T-Shirt and Logo Specialist)

Job Description :

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a specialization in T-shirt and Logo design for our print shop. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our clients' needs and brand identities.

Responsibilities : 1.

T-Shirt Design :
Develop original and innovative T-shirt designs that cater to various themes, trends, and client specifications.

Logo Design :

Create impactful and memorable logos that encapsulate the essence and identity of diverse businesses and organizations.

Client Collaboration :

Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, offer creative insights, and translate their ideas into compelling visuals.

Print Production Consideration :

Ensure designs are print-ready and optimized for various printing techniques, considering factors like color separation and print placement.

Conceptualization and Ideation :

Generate new design concepts, sketches, and mock-ups that align with client briefs and industry standards.

Software Proficiency :

Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) proficiently to create high-quality designs.

Brand Consistency :

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure designs reflect the brand identity accurately.

Quality Control :

Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications before final delivery.

Requirements : 1.

Experience :

Proven experience 1-3 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing T-shirt designs, logos, and print-related work.

Creativity :

Demonstrated creativity and ability to generate original and innovative design concepts.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., with a deep understanding of print production requirements.

Communication :

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams, presenting and explaining design concepts.

Attention to Detail :

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in designs for print production.

Adaptability :

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Portfolio :

A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of T-shirt designs, logos, and print-related projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in Print Industry :

Previous experience working within a print shop or print-related environment is highly desirable.

Understanding of Textile Printing :

Knowledge of different textile printing techniques (screen printing, DTG, etc.) and their design requirements.

Typography and Illustration Skills :

Strong skills in typography, illustration, and layout design.
