Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This onsite role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for assisting others. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound phone calls with the ability to upsell additional products or services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from current customers to assist with their current service with the end goal of upselling an additional product or service
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain customer information in various databases.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.Logistics :
