Acute Rehab RN - FT Days

General Summary Of Position\n\nClinical Nurse – Inpatient Rehab (O'Neil 5) FT Day Shift 3-12 hours shifts per week\n\nUnit Highlights\n

• Setting : 30-bed Acute Inpatient Rehab Unit\n
• Patient Population : Stable tracheostomy patients, heparin drips, post-stroke care, joint replacements, and limb salvage cases\n
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 5 : 1, with support from an average of 3 patient care techs per shift\n
• Length of Stay : ~10 days, allowing for meaningful patient relationships\n
• Team Environment : Collaborative, patient-centered care focused on measurable rehabilitation goals\n
• Scheduling : Full-time days (7a–7p), nights (7p–7a), or evening / nights mix (3p–11p and 7p–7a); every third weekend rotation\n\nWhat We Offer\n

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing (required)\n
• Active MD RN License or Compact State RN License (required)\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers (required)\n
• Prior clinical nursing experience (preferred)\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs a Clinical Nurse, you will : \n
