Job descriptionProvide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations within the residential location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence. Observe and report any unusual activity, maintenance issues, or security-related concerns encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and property management as needed. Complete daily activity reports and incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and / or property representatives. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Unarmed Security Officer - Residential Site
As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for residents and visitors. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible throughout the property, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication and a caring approach. Tue 07 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM

Thur 07 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM
Fri 07 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
