Outpatient Dialysis Patient Care Technician

Everett, WA

Schedule Overview: Full-time role working 3-4 days/week rotating

between Monday-Saturday. Shifts are 8-10hrs long scheduled in advance. Sometimes PCTs open, and sometimes they close. Saturdays are also rotated.

Sundays we are closed! Shifts begin as early as 3:30am if opening, and can end as late as 10pm if closing.

Training will take place in Everett full-time for the first 3 months. Post training you may also work shifts at Mill Creek and Pilchuck.

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
