American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Cedar Park, Texas.

Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN with experience circulating for C-Section cases and valid AHA and NRP certifications.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a hospital Labor and Delivery unit
  • Night shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30
  • Assignment length is 13 weeks
  • Patient population includes laboring mothers and neonates
  • Requires the ability to circulate for C-Section cases
  • All travelers must submit a copy of their driver’s license and two professional references
  • COVID vaccination is no longer required as of July 1, 2023
  • Local candidates are accepted but subject to a reduced pay rate according to the facility's radius rule
  • Only one Ascension position may be applied to at a time system-wide
  • Encouraged to discuss extension options with management at least 45 days before contract end
  • Candidates are required to wear hospital-provided scrubs

  • Active RN license with primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA are required
  • NRP certification from AHA or American Academy of Pediatrics is required
  • Nursys license verification is required
  • Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address (no international addresses accepted)
