SAP Security Manager

Position Overview

Responsible for meeting FUJIFILM Information Technology strategic goals by developing and implementing effective SAP security strategies and protocols to protect the data assets of the various shared service companies while providing a safe and sustainable user-friendly operating environment.

The position also leads the Master Data Administration and the Computer Systems Validation (CSV) teams.

The successful applicant will manage various SAP systems within the companys IT shared service landscape utilizing industry standard best practices and a deep understanding of the SAP security architecture. The insightful hands-on management of the mater data team will ensure that the applications and business processes used by the team are continuously monitored and improved to ensure that they continue to meet the needs of the business. CSV leadership requires an active engagement in the validation process with a strong understanding of the concepts processes and deliverables needed to support a full validation cycle.

For SAP Security this position will interact directly with the Director of Project Management and all levels within the organization including Senior Managers Group and Team Leaders Application developers IT support staff contractors and external vendors. Similar interactions are required for the master data team but the focus here is on supporting users in the performance of their business functions. The CSV leadership position primarily interacts with Project Teams Operations Managers Validation Quality and Regulatory resources from Fuji Group companies.

This is a remote position and must be able to work East Coast time.

Responsibilities

• Craft and enforce robust SAP security policies aligned with industry standards and company regulations related to user access management in a Central User Administration (CUA) environment.
• Manage team of security administrators to ensure processing of Help Desk tickets to meet established SLAs with accuracy and quality.
• Responsible for SAP security projects to include lifecycle management for implementations and upgrades to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements internal security standards and associated timelines.
• Effectively manage communications within the IT and Business communities during SAP security related changes / upgrades
• Work closely with the shared services group companies audit and IT teams to lead the full implementation of SAP GRC as a Segregation of Duties (SoD) project to include policies and procedures aligned with FUJIFILMs goals and industry best practices.
• Be the control owner and point of contact for internal auditors on SAP security related ITGC items as defined in Fujis access risk control matrix for Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley (JSOX).
• Manage and resolve audit related inquiries and address remediation of any findings pertaining to SAP security in a timely manner.
• Responsible for User License measurement (LAW) and other established security related period-end reports.
• Provide hands-on leadership direction for the management of master data applications (MMW CMW) and related processes while fostering a culture of continuous business process improvement by following the PDCA cycle
• Manage the change control process for Security CSV and master data including the maintenance of SAP internal and 3rdparty transport logs
• Supervise / oversee work of HLUS Validation team to include the review and approval of validation project deliverables
• Perform hands-on validation resource activities as necessary and other duties as assigned
