Global Tech Lead - Data Verification

A company is looking for a Global Tech Lead to drive the evolution of their Data Verification Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical evolution of the Data Verification Platform, including API design and data reference integrations

Manage and mentor distributed engineering teams, ensuring engineering excellence and timely delivery

Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance across all layers of the platform

Required Qualifications

Bilingual : Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)

7+ years of experience leading global or distributed software engineering teams

Proven experience designing scalable API and data processing systems for enterprise clients

Background in data verification, identity validation, KYC / AML, or fraud prevention solutions

Demonstrated belief in and experience with AI-native development workflows
