Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Lottery is hiring one (1) bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team to guide our retailers, players, and Lottery staff to the fastest and easiest resolution. This is a remote position, but you will attend up to 6 weeks of training on site in Salem, OR. This position will be for a limited duration of up to one year, but is still a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with the Oregon Lottery!
About the Role : The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish to provide better assistance to our Spanish-speaking players, and will use internal systems to write team notes in English. The candidate who completes and passes our language services exam will receive a 5% salary differential for being bilingual. This position will have a limited duration of up to one year, but still remains a great opportunity to start working with the Oregon Lottery. This position is also eligible for the weekend shift differential. The weekend shift differential is 10% for hours worked on Saturdays or Sundays.
