We are working with our client, a continuously growing construction firm, to find a hands-on HR Manager to support its growing workforce. The HR Manager role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, project-driven environment and is passionate about aligning people strategies with business goals. The HR Manager will be full onsite.

Salary up to $110,000 + potential bonus

Responsibilities of the HR Manager :

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with operational objectives
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational structure
• Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Support hiring managers in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, and policy updates
• Ensure HR practices are effectively implemented across job sites
