Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Santa Monica, California. This position is ideal for someone with a keen attention to detail and a strong background in fund accounting and investment management. You will play a key role in financial reporting, investor communications, and handling complex accounting tasks to support our operations.

Responsibilities :

• Support NetSuite application across the accounting functions
• Lead the flow set up of AP and treasury processes for utilization of NetSuite.
• Utilize accounting acumen to evaluate controls, business processes and mapping
• Analyze back end operational processes to ensure efficient and effective use of NetSuite.
• Review fund-level expenses and income to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address investor inquiries with professionalism and timely responses.
• Develop and deliver ad hoc reports and analyses as requested.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives to enhance financial processes.
