Create a highly productive R&D function that knows how to focus efforts on innovation, product improvements, and cost savings. Broaden the vision. Key Functions in this role include: Develop the strategic plan for the R&D team. Identify new opportunities for growth in technology and channels Measure performance and productivity Provide technical direction and oversight. Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Install processes around project acceptance. Data and Statistical Analysis of current products and formulas Provide team member support. Leverage the operational budget as an investment aligned with the company plan. Requirements: Served as unit or company leader of R&D Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Chemistry or related field Progressive career growth includes the management of teams. Hiring Salary Range: $190,000-$205,000 Annually Sashco provides medical, dental, disability, life insurance, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement and a 401k with a company match.
