Description : Position Summary
The Programs Director role provides overall direction of programmatic and social development areas to include career preparation, academic programs, career technical training, counseling, residential, and work-based learning / career transition readiness.
Essential Functions
Requirements :
Qualifications and Experience Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years’ experience working with youth and in program administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective relationship-building skills with students and staff. Information technology proficiency including MS Office.
Preferred
Master’s degree and previous Job Corps experience. Statistical trend analysis. Curriculum design
experience strongly preferred.
