Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process invoices with precision, ensuring all billing information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain comprehensive records of financial transactions and billing data for easy access and reference.
- Enter billing and payment information into the system efficiently and without errors.
- Communicate with customers to address queries, resolve billing issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify payment details and ensure timely processing.
- Monitor accounts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed.
- Generate reports to track billing activities and provide insights to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all billing operations.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to billing as required.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in billing workflows.
- Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Familiarity with billing software or financial systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently when required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
