Lead Product Manager, Lending

We are seeking an innovative customer centric data driven Product Manager to work on our Varo Lending Product team. You will be responsible for delivering key initiatives across our lending products including Varo Advance Varo Line of Credit and future products that drive customer and business impact. You will be responsible end to end for these initiatives from performing customer and market research to designing the product to developing and implementing the products. You will be responsible for measuring the success of our products and identifying opportunities to iterate.

What youll be doing

• Own one or more of our credit products
• Develop and execute a product roadmap that drives growth and profitability
• Responsible for defining what success of the product means based on KPIs and performance
• Own the performance of key features : optimizing for meeting customer needs in terms of speed convenience and access while controlling for operational costs losses and cost of implementation
• Use data and customer insights to deliver optimizations improvements and drive increased engagement
• Collaborate effectively with other groups to create solutions including data science design user experience research risk operations and marketing
• Work closely with an agile team that involves design engineers marketing legal and compliance to successfully execute and implement product features

Youll bring the following required skills and experiences

$160000 - $220000 a year

For cash compensation we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Per applicable law the salary range for this role is $160000 - $220000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the identified range.

This role is also eligible for a bonus equity and competitive benefits.
