A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster I (Worker's Compensation) in Nevada.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review workers' compensation claims with low to moderate exposure

Analyze case facts, establish reserves, and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines

Provide customer service and coordinate medical treatment to facilitate claim closure

Required Qualifications

1 to 2 years of Nevada workers' compensation claims experience

Knowledge of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and statutes

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred

Must meet state certification requirements and maintain necessary licenses

Preferred certifications include WCCP, AIC, ARM, or CPCU
