Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, labeling and packaging, shipping, logistics coordination, and facility upkeep. This role ensures full compliance with export regulations (EAR / ITAR) and military packaging standards, while supporting company goals for revenue and on-time delivery. The manager will also oversee warehouse safety and operational continuity by ensuring adherence to company and government safety standards and coordinating necessary building or equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, cycle counts, and stock rotation practices to support operational and customer needs.
• Supervise warehouse staff including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
• Oversee general building operations including maintenance scheduling, repair coordination, safety compliance, and facility cleanliness.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, metrics, and KPIs to assess performance, drive improvements, and meet revenue and delivery goals.
