Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) Coal Center, PA
Pay : Starting at $43 per hour (local) or $1,575 weekly (travel)

Requirements :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Education for the Visually Impaired or a related discipline
Pennsylvania teaching certification with Visual Impairment endorsement
Proficiency in Braille and assistive technologies for vision support
Strong collaboration skills and a passion for individualized instruction
Responsibilities :
Provide direct and consultative instruction for students with visual impairments
Adapt classroom materials and lesson plans for accessibility
Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to meet IEP goals
Conduct functional vision assessments and track progress
Promote inclusion and advocate for accessible learning environments
