Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available to support K-12 students in an onsite educational setting. This position offers a contract duration aligned with the current school year and is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Candidates open to part-time hours are also encouraged to apply, with a typical workweek consisting of 35 hours.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students across K-12
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention plans
  • Provide counseling and support services to students addressing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert recommendations to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality and legal requirements

Qualifications and Desired Experience :

  • Valid School Psychologist certification / license in the state of Michigan
  • Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of special education laws, processes, and intervention strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite school environment
