Non-QM Underwriter

Here is what we are looking for :

• Review, analyze, and underwrite non-QM loan applications to assess creditworthiness, income, assets, and overall risk.
• Evaluate alternative income documentation, including bank statements, 1099s, and other non-traditional sources.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Communicate underwriting decisions effectively to internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with loan officers, processors, and other team members to gather necessary documentation and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of underwriting decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, guidelines, and regulatory changes related to non-QM lending.
