We’re a multi-location, independent practice with four passionate doctors and a care team that feels more like family. You’ll have the opportunity to practice full-scope optometry—from primary care and disease management to surgical co-management and specialty services. Interested in Dry Eye, Low Vision, or scleral lens fitting? We’ll support you in building that niche.

• Primary site : New Holstein, with some time in Chilton & Sheboygan
