HR Site Lead

As HR Site Lead, you'll be a trusted strategic partner to leadership across Santa Monica, Tarzana, and South San Francisco; drive key initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, retention, performance management, and leadership development to ensure alignment with site operations and overall enterprise strategy. You will report to the Site General Manager, Cell Therapy Clinical Manufacturing.

Responsibilities :

• People Strategy & Site Leadership

Manage the people strategy for the Santa Monica / Tarzana site, aligned with Site and Operations strategy, including strategic workforce planning, talent initiatives, and employee engagement efforts that drive organizational growth.

Provide strategic counsel to leaders on HR policies, complex employee matters, organizational effectiveness, and proactive issue resolution.

Provide leadership in employee relations issues; work with managers and employees to identify and address performance-related issues.

Desired Qualifications :

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,682.40 - $244,023.60. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
