Manufacturing Project Manager

We're looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team in Simi Valley, CA!

The Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and monitoring all project activities-from small R&D efforts to large, complex production systems. This role collaborates closely with Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure delivery of fully integrated, high-performance automation solutions. Offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $125,000, this position provides both professional and personal growth opportunities in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure schedules, requirements, and budgets are met
• Identify project issues, facilitate resolution, and track corrective actions
• Manage customer relationships including acceptance testing, satisfaction, change orders, and ongoing communication
• Prepare and deliver project reports such as status updates, schedules, action items, and resource utilization
• Collaborate with Engineers to address ECOs, NCRs, and technical challenges
• Develop and maintain project management processes, procedures, and documentation
• Lead post-project reviews with stakeholders to capture lessons learned
• Track, analyze, and act on key project performance metrics
• Document and distribute meeting minutes and project communications
