Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide / Direct Support Professional will provide support to clients with disabilities, mental illness and behavior management.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provides direct care to those with mental need
 - Performs personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene, grooming, medical monitoring and health care related tasks
 - Fosters positive relationships between caretakers and clients served
 - Ensures client safety and maintaining a safe environment
 - Reminds and assists clients with self-administration of medications
 - Encourages self-help activities
 - Reports changes in client's condition or family situation to administrators and supervisors
 - Document daily activities and services provided
 - Performs home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making and cleaning
 - Communicate concerns of the clients to the Registered Nurse
 - Plans meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food / meals, feeding and clean-up.

Ability to demonstrate adequate verbal and written skillsAbility to navigate basic computer skillsAbility to work in a group home, home-like settingsEducation, Experience and Licensing Requirements
High school diploma, GED or equivalent18 years of age or olderValid driver's licenseJob Types : Full time, Part time
Available Shifts : 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am
Pay : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
