DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION – FULL TIME – SOUTH DENVER, COLORADO AREA
Occupational, Physical or Speech Therapist We are seeking an innovative OT, PT or SLP to lead our in-house therapy team as we expand our presence in the Denver, CO area. You will create and implement new rehabilitation programs for our deserving patients and manage the daily operations associated with a busy in-house therapy department. FULL TIME : Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay : Starting at $115,000 plus Director Incentive Program

Implements and monitors the provision of facility Rehab policy and proceduresSupervises rehab staff and ensures effective rehab staff orientation, training and ongoing competencyCoordinates rehab admissions and distribution of caseloadAssists in the case management / tracking of Medicare A rehab cases under the PDPM systemRecruits rehab staffManages and analyzes department metrics including accurate billingEnsures that rehab department is compliant with all regulatory issues. This includes assurance that department records are completed and maintained, such as medical record documentation, reimbursement denials management and other survey compliance requirements.Maintains relationships with hospital therapists, physicians and other key community membersProvides direct patient treatmentQualifications :
Licensed Physical, Occupational or Speech TherapistAt least 3 years of experience as a therapistSupervisory and / or administrative experience in long term care rehabilitation preferredKnowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors effectivelyStrong organizational and leadership skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
