Senior Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Collections Specialist who is motivated to learn and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices

Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and secure payments

Prepare reports on collection performance and maintain accurate records of collection activities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of billing and collections experience in a CPA, law, or professional services firm

Bachelor's degree required

Working knowledge of CCH Practice Management preferred

Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word

Proficient use of financial, accounting, and collections systems
